Judge Steven D. Hudson
Joseph H. Howe, 35, Laredo, pleaded guilty to failing to register a motor vehicle annually with the Director of Revenue and was fined $27.50 and $56.50 costs.
Small Claims
Moore Farm Supply vs. Max Simmons. The court entered a default judgment in favor of the plaintiff in the amount of $1,046. The case involved non-payment for supplies.
Associate Civil
Capital Financial vs. Penny Kopp aka Penny Flanders. A default judgment was entered in favor of the plaintiff in the amount of $20,339.55, plus 9 percent interest. The case involved breach of contract.
Capital Financial Group LLC vs. Richard R. Montgomery. A consent judgment was entered in favor of the plaintiff in the amount of $14,692.70, plus 9 percent interest. The case involved breach of contract.
Municipal Division
Judge Steven D. Hudson
Pleading guilty to being minors in possession of alcohol by consumption and fined $300 and $32.50 costs were Christina M. Durosette, 19, Albany; Mark A. Pinto, 20, 412 W. 13th St.; Devon E. Myers, 19, Breckenridge; and Terry Reeter, 18, 308 W. 13th St.
Aleisha Shipley-Fair and Amanda L. Bayne, both of 506 Jackson St., pleaded guilty to peace disturbance and were fined $25.50 and $32.50 costs.
Ronald S. Silkwood, 33, 503 W. 12th St., changed his plea to guilty on a charge of carrying a passenger on an all-terrain vehicle and was fined $25.50 and $32.50 costs. He also changed his plea to guilty on a charge of resisting arrest and was sentenced to serve days in jail, with credit for time served and pay $32.50 costs.
Zackery Lee, 21, 212 E. 10th St., pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia and was fined $300 and $32.50 costs.
Michael Boggs, 53, 1201 W. Lawn St., changed his plea to guilty on a charge of permitting a dog to run at large and was fined $25.50 and $32.50 costs. He also pleaded guilty to owning, keeping or harboring a vicious dog and was fined $250 and $32.50 costs.
Kimberly Jacobs, 1600 Pleasant Plain, pleaded guilty to property damage and was fined $50.50 and $32.50 costs and was ordered to make $192.46 restitution to the Trenton Police Department.
Linda L. Byrom, 59, 1605 Main St., pleaded guilty to an amended charge of having no valid operator’s license and was fined $250 and $32.50 costs. The original charge was driving while suspended.
Kiley S. Slater, 18, 409 E. Eighth Ct., pleaded guilty to following another vehicle too closely and was fined $25.50 and $32.50 costs.
Ronald H. Dyer, Jr., 34, 2617 Fisherman Rd., pleaded guilty to having no state driver’s license when required and was fined $75.50 and $32.50 costs.
Stacey Still, 20, 312 E. 10th St., pleaded guilty to failing to display valid vehicle license plates and was fiend $50.50 and $32.50 costs.
Natalie Cosbey, 21, 2600 Oklahoma Ave., pleaded guilty to failing to display valid vehicle license plates and was sentenced to serve eight days in jail.
Lloyd B. McCulley, 74, 2407 Pleasant Plain, pleaded guilty to improper backing, resulting in an accident, and was fined $25.50 and $32.50 costs.
Tommy Graham, 47, 910 Olive St., pleaded guilty to an amended charge of speeding no more than five miles per hour and was fined $277.50 and $32.50 costs. The original charge was speeding 39 mph in a 25 zone.
Derrick J. Gott, 27, 1715 St. Joseph St., pleaded guilty to not wearing a seat belt and was fined $7.
Jeremy Matthes, Tina, was ordered to pay $100 on two counts of harassment and $200 on another count of harassment and is to pay $65 costs. He had earlier pleaded guilty to the charges.
Rex A. Winters, 36, 509 Monroe St., appeared in court and said he could not pay the $43 owed on a charge of speeding and $332.50 on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. The fines were converted to $10 per day and after being given credit for time served, will have 23 days left.
