Donnie Hillerman, Director of Residence Life at North Central Missouri College, has announced Move-In Day activities for students who will be living on campus this fall term, and as a safety precaution a portion of a city street will be closed for most of the day.

On Saturday, August 25, Mabel Street, which passes through the campus between the Ketcham Community Center and both residence halls, will be closed to through traffic from Tinsman Avenue to Crowder Road from 9 a.m. to approximately midnight. Approximately 116 students will be moving into Ellsworth and Selby Residence Halls, which are almost at full capacity.
Special activities during the day include a fair for college organizations and local businesses and various recreational activities with a dunking booth, a barbecue, and live music in the evening. These activities will take place in the area between the residence halls and the Ketcham Community Center. Fall day classes at NCMC begin Tuesday, August 28.
