Alice F. Smith-Massey, 29, Chillicothe, had her probation continued on an original charge of first degree endangering the welfare of a child. Special conditions include that she serve 44 days of shock detention, with credit for time served and complete 40 hours of community service by Feb. 17, 2008. The case was moved to Grundy County on a change of venue from Mercer County.
