Pleading guilty to not wearing a seat belt and fined $10 were Krystal K. Lund, 20, Princeton; Daniel J. Westerhof, 29, Princeton; and Adam C. Smith, 19, Gilman City.
Danielle Lopez, 18, 2601 Willow Rd., pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $22.50 and $56.50 costs.
Steven L. Klinger, 47, 2306 Park Ln., pleaded guilty to failing to wear approved headgear on a motorcycle and was fined $20.
Joseph C. Blackwood, 39, Stover, pleaded guilty to operating a motor carrier vehicle without a seat belt and was fined $52.50 and $56.50 costs.
Carl O. Updegraff III, 24, Bethany, pleaded guilty to not wearing a seat belt and was fined $10. A charge of failing to show proof of valid insurance was dismissed.
Elbert Betz, 32, 46 W. 15th St., pleaded guilty to failing to register a motor vehicle annually with the Director of Revenue and was fined $27.50 and $56.50 costs.
Francis M. Limbarger III, 37, Gilman City, pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $42.50 and $56.50 costs.
