Daniel Lee Kiefer, a 52-year-old resident of Woodward, IA, died on Tuesday, July 10, 2007 at his home.

Funeral services were held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, July 14, 2007 at Hamilton’s Funeral Home. Burial was in the Cory Grove Cemetery in Elkhart, IA.
Rev. Daniel Anderson officiated. Lloyd Mussila played several music selections, including “Beyond the Sunset”, “One Day at a Time” and “How Great Thou Art.”
Pallbearers were Bob Meeker, Dennis Robb, Vic McCanley, Jeff Luke, Terry Luke and Randy Hart.
Mr. Kiefer was born on June 19, 1955 in Des Moines, IA, the son of Frank and Algaretta Ault Kiefer.
He is survived by two sons, Mason and Taylor Kiefer; his mother, Algaretta Beeler; five brothers and sisters, Dick Kiefer and his wife, Bev, Doug Kiefer and his wife, Deb, Bonnie Tracy and her husband, David, Susan McLeran and her husband, Arthur, and David Kiefer and his wife, Kelli; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Frank; his stepfather, Chuck Beeler; a sister, Janet McFadden; and a brother, Donnie Kiefer.
