Stanley Patterson, 51, of 213 W. 10th St., pleaded guilty to third degree domestic assault. He was sentenced to six months in jail and given credit for 24 days already served. The execution of the remainder of the sentence was stayed and he was placed on two years’ probation. He was also ordered to pay costs of $114.50 and given until Nov. 13 to pay.
Tess Rains, 24, of 538 NE 18th Ave., pleaded guilty, pursuant to a plea agreement to supplying liquor to a minor or an intoxicated person. Imposition of sentencing was suspended and she was placed on six months’ probation. She was also ordered to do 20 hours of community service, not consume alcoholic beverages during the probation time and to pay $114.50 in costs.
Ryan N. Duncan, 19, of 341 NW 8th Ave., pleaded guilty to an amended charge of second degree property damage and was fined $150 and $114.50 costs. He was given until Oct. 23 to pay. The original charge had been first degree burglary.
Daniel Phelps of Chillicothe waived his preliminary hearing and was bound over to Division I on four courts of passing bad checks. He is to appear in court at 9 a.m. on Aug. 16.
Leslie Wilson, 31, Chillicothe, had a charge of authorizing another person to operate a motor vehicle without maintaining financial responsibility dismissed.
Vicky Dearing, 29, of Nicholsville, KY pleaded guilty, pursuant to a plea agreement, to a charge of passing bad checks. She was sentenced to 13 days in the county jail and given credit for time served. She was also ordered to pay $629.18 in restitution and $114.50 in costs and was given until Feb. 26, 2008 to pay. Three other charges of passing bad checks were dismissed.
