Marilyn Moore Newton Hendrickson, an 84-year-old resident of Raymore, died on Sunday, July 15, 2007 at the Foxwood Springs Nursing Home in Raymore.

Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. on Saturday, July 21, 2007, in Resthaven Memorial Gardens, north of Trenton, under direction of the Holman-Howe Funeral Home of Lebanon, MO.
Visitation will be from noon to 1 p.m. on Saturday in the Resthaven Mortuary, north of Trenton.
Mrs. Hendrickson was born on July 31, 1922 in Spickard, the daughter of William Arthur and Minta Moore Newton. She was raised in the Trenton and graduated from Trenton High School.
She was marred on April 17, 1940 to Lyle Newton Hendrickson, who preceded her in death on Feb. 4, 2002. After their marriage, they made their home in the Kansas City, KS areas.
She worked in a school cafeteria in Kansas City, KS for a few years. She and her husband moved to Lebanon in 1985 to make their home. Shortly after her husband’s death, Mrs. Hendrickson moved to the Foxwood Springs Nursing Home in Raymore.
She attended a Baptist church in Lebanon.
She enjoyed going trout fishing at Bennett Springs and liked crocheting in her spare time.
She is survived by two daughters, Suzanne Wischropp of Raymore and Cynthia Hendrick-son, and her husband, Greg Corbin, of Prairie Village, KS; two grandsons, Eric and Jeffrey Wischropp; three great-grandchildren, Aaron, Parker and Mykaila; and other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband; her parents; her grandson, Corey Hendrickson Sullivan; and a sister, Nita Ellis.
