Joshua Price, a graduate of Mexico High School, has signed a letter of intent to play baseball for Coach Donnie Hillerman and the North Central Missouri College Pirates.
He is the son of Donald and Belinda Price of Mexico.

A three-year varsity letter-winner in high school, Price is a pitcher and catcher. He was a member of the Mexico 2006 district and sectional championship teams. They were also the conference champs and finished sixth in the final team standings in Class III. His batting average was .340.
Price was also a member of the Strength Club and the principal’s honor roll and lettered in choir. He plans to major in physical education and/or physical therapy in college.
“He will add depth at the catcher position and on the mound as well,” Coach Hillerman said. “He has potential in both areas and we expect him to become a very positive addition to our team.”
