Judge Jack Peace
Larry and Vera Cox vs. Bond Wholesale Company. A suit concerning unlawful detainer was dismissed.
Division II
Judge Steven D. Hudson
Pleading guilty to not wearing a seat belt and fined $10 were Julie A. Vu, 19, 402 E. Seventh St.; Anthony M. Mantlo, 18, 125 S.E. 20th St.; Thomas L. Roberts, 57, Princeton; and Coleman J. Hinshaw, 18, Mercer.
Robert E. Dillon, 34, Sigourney, IA, and David K. Spencer, 20, 510 Main St., pleaded guilty to speeding and were fined $22.50 and $56.50 costs.
Richard J. Campion, 72, Clearwater, MN, pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $32.50 and $56.50 costs.
Stephanie J. Nickell, 26, 237 S.W. Holly Ln., pleaded guilty to failing to provide proof of financial responsibility and was fined $27.50 and $56.50 costs.
Fredrick V. Imgarten, 40, 1524 E. 17th St., pleaded guilty to an amended charge of peace disturbance (the original charge was third degree domestic assault) and was fined $300 and $114.50 costs.
Jeffery R. VanGundy, 23, Princeton, had a charge of passing bad checks dismissed.
Municipal Division
Judge Steven D. Hudson
Kenton T. Kinney, 19, 718 Normal St., pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $20.50 and $32.50 costs.
Stacy Imgarten, 40, 1524 E. 17th St., pleaded guilty to having no state driver’s license when required and was fined $75.50 and $32.50 costs.
