The Pee Wee teams were in action again Monday night at Upper and Lower Moberly Fields. The Hot Peppers Girls Little League squad also took to the diamond as they hosted Milan.
In Girls Pee Wee play, the night started with the Orange Blossoms and the Lemon Drops. The Lemon Drops chalked up another win as they defeated the Blossoms, 15-8. In game two, the Geckos squared off with the Diamond Divas. In the closest game of the night, the Diamond Divas edged out a 9-8 win.
On the boys’ side, the Cardinals and Blues started things off. The Cardinals jumped out early and went on to win, 18-8. In game two, the Blues fell again, this time to the Gators by a final of 31-2.
The Hot Peppers hosted Milan at Griffin Field for a Girls Little League contest. In another close game the Hot Peppers fell 7-6.
