The Poosey Couples Golf Tournament was held this weekend at the Riverside Country Club in Trenton. Cindy and Dave Jennings were the overall champions. The couple took first in the championship flight and were followed by Terry Walker and Nina Dockery, who took second. Third place in the championship flight was a five-way tie. The A flight was won by Kent and Stacy Clodfelter, and second was a tie between Steve and Alta Thorne and Larry and Karen Lankheit. Third went to Ron and Jean Herrin. The B flight saw a tie at the top between the team of Bill and Mary Ann Chumbley and the duo of Junior and Pat Mullinex. Second was also a tie between Allan and Carol Seidel and Seth and Tasha McCall. In a tie for third was John and Ginia Kidd and Jim and Bev Whorton.
