Jeffery M. Henderson, 21, Maryville, pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $32.50 and $56.50 costs.
George F. Genck, 43, Keokuk, IA, pleaded guilty to operating a motor carrier vehicle without a seat belt and was fined $52.50 $56.50 costs.
Earl D. Ireland, 18, Spickard, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle on the highway without a valid license and was fined $37.50 and $56.50 costs. He also pleaded guilty to not wearing a seat belt and was fined $10.
Norman Scheib, 411 E. 18th St., had four charges of passing bad checks dismissed.
