James D. Blakemore, 36, Clinton, pleaded guilty to not wearing a seat belt in a commercial motor vehicle and was fined $27.50 and $56.50 costs.
Katie Scroggs, 20, Grandview, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of speeding 1 to 5 miles per hour over the speed limit and was fined $200 and $56.50 costs. The original charge was speeding 11 to 15 miles per hour over the speed limit.
Jonathan M. Craig, 22, Green Castle, pleaded guilty to not wearing a seat belt and was fined $10.
Rachel E. Vandel, 25, Olathe, KS, pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $22.50 and $56.50 costs.
James E. Snowbarger, 58, Kirksville, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of driving a vehicle with defective equipment and was fined $200 and $56.50 costs. The original charge was speeding.
Josh Pracht, 25, 1608 Merrill St., pleaded guilty to fishing without a permit and was fined $15.50 and $79.50 costs.
Traci M. Wilson, 24, 1400 Lord St., had a charge of interference with custody dismissed.
