A petition was filed for a name change from Gary Charles Lloyd to Gary Charles Loyd.
Division II
Judge Steven D. Hudson
Amy McDaniel, 33, of 1703 E. 5th St., pleaded guilty to excessive speed and was fined $32.50 and $56.50 costs.
Hershell Pullens, 23, Picayune, MS, pleaded guilty to excessive speed and was fined $57.50 and $56.50 costs.
Dustin Wilson, 20, Brimson, pleaded guilty to failure to display a certificate of vehicle inspection and was fined $17.50 and $56.50 costs. He pleaded guilty to being an owner failing to register a motor vehicle with the Department of Revenue and was fined $27.50 and $56.50 costs. He also pleaded guilty to wearing no seat belt and was fined $10.
Kellon Boyle, 26, of 674 SW 50th St., pleaded guilty to excessive speed and was fined $42.50 and $56.50 costs.
Twila Hindery, 53, of 431 W. 12th St., pleaded guilty to exceeding the speed limit and having no seat belt and was fined $22.50 and $56.50 costs.
Donald Miller, 30, St. Joseph had a charge of as owner, operator or authorizing another to operate a motor vehicle without maintaining financial responsibility dismissed.
Associate Division
A suit on account filed by Cincinnati Ins. against Quality General Contracting Inc. was dismissed with costs assessed to the plaintiff.
Marriage Licenses
Robert Charles Baker and Bridgette LeAnne Ruth Rhoades, both of Trenton.
Charles OK Roe and Katherine Rebekah McCloud, both of St. Joseph.
