Judge Steven D. Hudson
Sherry L. Seymour, 67, Bourbon, pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $57.50 and $56.50 costs.
David G. Robinson, 47, Mercer, pleaded guilty to not wearing a seat belt and was fined $10.
Daniel Eriksen, 17, Independence, was found not guilty on a charge of domestic assault and was found guilty of an amended charge of third degree assault with physical injury (the original charge was third degree domestic assault). Sentencing was set for July 10.
Paula J. Peterson, 38, Mercer, was found not guilty of endangering the welfare of a child and was found guilty of an amended charge of third degree assault with physical injury (the original charge was third degree domestic assault). Sentencing was set for July 10.
Jackqueline D. Montgomery, 28, Galt, pleaded guilty to not wearing a seat belt and was fined $10.
Wesley J. Waddle, 20, Kirksville, pleaded guilty to speeding and not wearing a seat belt and was fined $22.50, $10 and $56.50 costs.
Curtis D. Bork, 55, Kirkland, pleaded guilty to passing a vehicle to the right and traveling off the main portion of the roadway and was fined $77.50 and $56.50 costs.
Ryan E. Vencill, 17, 327 S. Main St., pleaded guilty to not wearing a seat belt and was fined $10.
Associate Civil
HCA Emergency Physicians vs. Roger Clevenger. The case, which involved a suit on account, was dismissed.
Midwestern Health Management vs. Gilbert McVay. A consent judgment was entered in favor of the plaintiff in the amount of $1,897 plus 9 percent interest. The case involved a suit on account.
Saint Luke’s Hospital of Trenton vs. Rhonda Howard and Kenneth Howard. A consent judgment was entered in favor of the plaintiff in the amount of $4,842.63. The case involved a suit on account.
Midwestern Health Management vs. Wallace V. Smith. The case, which involved a suit on account, was dismissed.
Saint Luke’s Health System vs. Paul E. and Jody M. Thomas. A consent judgment was entered in favor of the plaintiff in the amount of $5,032.67, with a stay of execution granted as long as monthly payments are made. The case involved a suit on account.
Saint Luke’s Hospital of Trenton, Inc. d/b/a Wright Memorial vs. Randy Hughs and JoEtta Hughs. A consent judgment was entered in the amount of $2,593.85, with a stay of judgment entered as long as monthly payments are made. The case involved a suit on account.
Saint Luke’s Hospital Northland Corporation vs. Hylee Clark and Steven L. Clark. A default judgment was entered in favor of the plaintiff in the amount of $1,234.14, plus 9 percent interest to accrue. The case involved a suit on account.

Judge Steven D. Hudson
Melissa Clark, Chillicothe, was found guilty of trespassing and had sentencing set for July 17. She also pleaded guilty to not wearing a seat belt and was fined $7.
Heather O’Berry, Laredo, was found guilty of trespassing and had sentencing set for July 17.
Pleading guilty to violating the city’s curfew for a minor (or for their minor child) and fined $25.50 and $32.50 costs were Dena Barron, 53, 200 Harris Ave.; Kimberly S. Lewis, 17, 510 Main St.; Curtis D. Ward, 47, 1410 Tindall Ave.; Patricia J. Chipps, 39, 506 W. Crowder Rd.; and Jeannie M. Freelin, 49, 140 S. Highway 65, who had a second identical charge to which she pleaded guilty and was fined $50.50 and $32.50 costs.
Wendell Bobert, Chillicothe, pleaded guilty to property damage and was fined $50.50 and $32.50 costs.
Travis M. Roberts, 34, 419 W. 11th St., pleaded guilty to failing to display valid vehicle license plates and was fined $50.50 and $32.50 costs.
Dale Swanton Jr., 50, 1716 Main St., pleaded guilty to careless and imprudent driving by following too closely, resulting in an accident, and was fined $25.50 and $32.50 costs.
Robert M. McCoy, 78, 602 Debolt St., pleaded guilty to failing to displaying valid vehicle license plates and was fined $50.50 and $32.50 costs.
Pleading guilty to violating the open container law by having an open container on the street and fined $50.50 and $32.50 costs were Raelene Y. Hays, 46, 1030 Custer St.; and Shannon M. Brake, 30, 124 E. Sixth St.
Tamara L. Babcock, 34, 302 W. Seventh St., pleaded guilty to an amended charge of having no operator’s license (the original charge was driving while suspended) and was fined $250 and $32.50 costs.
Aaron D. Ragan, 18, 2610 Princeton Rd., pleaded guilty to being a minor in possession of intoxicating liquor by consumption and was fined $400 and $32.50 costs.
Thomas K. Deshasier, 58, Seneca, pleaded guilty to failing to report an accident (the original charge was careless and imprudent driving by striking a fixed object) and was fined $100 and $32.50 costs.
Travis D. Peyton, 21, 206 Ridgeway, pleaded guilty to careless and imprudent driving by striking a fixed object and was fined $25.50 and $32.50 costs.
Jacob A. Smith, 21, 1209 Cedar St., pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated and had imposition of his sentence suspended. He was placed on probation for two years and was ordered to pay $300 to the city, $32.50 costs and $90 recoupment of funds.
David K. Spencer, 20, 510 Main St., pleaded guilty to being a minor in possession of intoxicating liquor by consumption and was fined $300 and $32.50 costs.
James E. Harding, 20, 312 E. 10th St., pleaded guilty to failing to display valid vehicle license plates and was fined $50.50 and $32.50 costs. He also pleaded guilty to being a minor in possession of intoxicating liquor and was fined $300 and $32.50 costs.
Lesley Deardorff, 23, 2007 Oak St., pleaded guilty to permitting a dog to run at large and was fined $25.50 and $32.50 costs.
Brian J. Golden, 18, Spickard, pleaded guilty to stealing and was fined $100 and $32.50 costs.
