Paul J. Bruinsma, 34, Columbia, pleaded guilty to failing to register a motor vehicle annually with the Director of Revenue and was fined $27.50 and $56.50 costs.
Maria Menchaca, 61, 1701 Bolser St., had a charge of passing bad checks dismissed.
