JAKES Day In The Outdoors

JAKES (Juniors Acquiring Knowledge, Ethics and Sportsmanship) is providing a day in the outdoors for youth in the area on Saturday, June 2, at the new Trenton shooting range, one mile north of Trenton (watch for signs).
Activities will include shotgun shooting, pellet gun shooting, firearm safety, turkey calling demonstrations, archery shooting, trapping demonstrations and many more surprises.
Registration begins at 8:30 a.m. and activities will begin at 9. The cost is $5 and will include an annual JAKES membership, a chance to win a shotgun at JAKES Day, a chance at several door prizes and lunch that will be provided for participants.
