Judge Steven D. Hudson
Kenneth J. Jaeger, Jr., 39, Des Moines, IA, pleaded guilty to operating as a motor carrier without wearing a seat belt and was fined $52.50 and $56.50 costs.
Pleading guilty to fishing without a permit and fined $15.50 and $79.50 costs were Jason Hayes, 20, Lawson and Colin M. Brock, 20, Lawson.
Rhonda E. Pratt, 31, Spickard, pleaded guilty to not wearing a seat belt and was fined $10.
Small Claims
Whitaker Eads Funeral Home vs. Roger Lamphier. The case, which involved non-payment for funeral costs, was dismissed.
