Amanda Bayne, 17, 403 E. 11th St., pleaded guilty to failing to drive on the right half of the road when the roadway was of sufficient width, resulting in an accident, and was fined $27.50 and $56.50 costs.
Nathan K. Osborn, 18, 1912 Madison St., pleaded guilty to speeding and not wearing a seat belt and was fined $92.50, $10 and $56.50 costs.
John L. Jones, 64, Gilman City, had his request to set aside his previous plea of guilty on a charge of speeding denied.
Shey G. Marrs, 17, 210 E. Seventh St., pleaded guilty to speeding and not wearing a seat belt and was fined $32.50, $10 and $56.50 costs.
George B. Duncan, 49, Blue Springs, pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated and had imposition of his sentence suspended. He was placed on probation for two years. He is also to pay $114.50 costs, $78.50 recoupment of funds and $300 to the Grundy County Law Enforcement Fund. He pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $22.50 and $56.50 costs. A charge of unlawful use of drug paraphernalia was continued to July 10.
Kristina J. Bradley, 39, Bethany, had a charge of passing bad checks dismissed.
