Pedro Bianchini, 44, of North Mankato, MN, pleaded guilty to exceeding the speed limit and was fined $42.50 and $56.60.
William O. Taul, 51, Gladstone, pleaded guilty to being a driver failure to display a valid license plate on a motor vehicle and was fined $27.5 and $56.50.
Daniel Coyle, 27, of 12312 W. Leisure Lake Drive and Leigh Ann Wallace, 23, Princeton, pleaded guilty to having no seat belt and were fined $10 each.
A charge of forcible rape against William F. Rottman, 17, of 302 E. 10th St., was dismissed.
