Judge Jack Peace
Joshua D. Hill, 18, Laredo, pleaded guilty to first degree tampering with a motor vehicle and had sentencing set for July 12. A charge of being a minor visibly intoxicated was dismissed.
William F. Rothman III, 18, 1010 Avalon St., pleaded guilty to escape from confinement and was sentenced to two years in the Department of Corrections. A stay of execution on a conviction for second degree burglary was set aside and he was ordered to serve the original sentence of four years in the Department of Corrections on a charge of second degree burglary, with credit given for time served.
James C. Bowe, 49, Humphreys, had his probation revoked on a charge of non-support and was sentenced to serve four years in the Department of Corrections. Another charge of non-support was dismissed.
Travis L. Perkins, 33, Kansas City, pleaded guilty non-support and had imposition of his sentence suspended. He was placed on probation for five years. A total of five counts of non-support were dismissed.
Lloyd Wayne Cabra, 31, Trenton, was sentenced to serve four years each in the Department of Corrections on charges of endangering the welfare of a child, unlawful use of a weapon and conspiracy to commit burglary, to which he had earlier pleaded guilty. The sentences are to run concurrently and he is to be placed in an institutional treatment program.
Terry Clevenger, 31, Wheeling, was sentenced to serve three years in the Department of Corrections on a charge of passing bad checks, to which he had earlier pleaded guilty. The court is to retain jurisdiction for 120 days.
Jacob H. Gruenwald, 19, 212 W. Seventh St., had imposition of his sentence suspended on a charge of stealing, to which he had earlier pleaded guilty. He was placed on probation for five years.
Nicole L. Gorsage, 34, Chillicothe, had her probation revoked on a charge of second degree burglary and was ordered to serve four years in the Department of Corrections. The court retained jurisdiction for 120 days and is to be placed in an institutional program.
Clinton Forbes, 23, Blue Springs, was sentenced to serve four years in the Department of Corrections on a charge of tampering with a motor vehicle, to which he had earlier pleaded guilty. The court is retained jurisdiction for 120 days.
Joshua D. Phillips, 27, 1508 Mable St., was sentenced to serve six years in the Department of Corrections on a charge of second degree assault, to which he had earlier pleaded guilty. The court is to retain jurisdiction for 120 days.
Dale C. Ogle, 29, 1607 Main St., had his sentence of seven years in the Department of Corrections ordered executed on a charge of receiving stolen property. He is to complete a long-term treatment program.
Roy W. Tobias II, 26, Montgomery City, pleaded guilty to two charges of non-support and had imposition of his sentence suspended. He was placed on probation for five years.
Alice F. Massey, 29, Chillicothe, pleaded guilty to two counts of passing bad checks and had imposition of her sentence suspended. She was placed on probation for five years. Eight counts of passing bad checks were dismissed.

Capital One Bank vs. Christine M. Draper. A consent judgment was entered in favor of the plaintiff in the amount of $2,408.39. Execution of the judgment was stayed as long as monthly payments are made. The case involved a suit on account.
UMB Bank vs. Hurshell L. Barnes III. A consent judgment was entered in favor of the plaintiff in the amount of $1,145.63. and 23.8 percent interest. Execution of the judgment was stayed as long as monthly payments are made. The case involved a suit on account.
Payroll Advance, Inc. vs. David Michael. A default judgment was entered in favor of the plaintiff in the amount of $1,031.86, with interest to continue at 9 percent. The case involved a suit on account.
Payroll Advance, Inc. vs. Cathy Barnes. A consent judgment was entered in favor of the plaintiff in the amount of $687.79, with execution of the judgment stayed as long as monthly payments are made. The case involved a suit on account.
Midland Funding vs. Patricia Hemsworth. A default judgment was entered in favor of the plaintiff in the amount $4,526.20, with interest to accrue at 9 percent. The case involved a suit on account.
