Small Claims
William J. McWilliams vs. Abel Menchacha. By agreement of the parties, the defendant paid $400 in open court prior to the hearing and the plaintiff provided a receipt for the defendant showing that the defendant had paid the principal and court costs in full. The case involved non-payment for beef.

Midwestern Health vs. Fredrick L. Caldwell. The case, which involved a suit on account, was dismissed.
Midwestern Health Management vs. Jill Brown. A consent judgment was entered in favor of the plaintiff in the amount of $762.17 plus interest at 9 percent. The defendant is to make a payment of $350 on or before May 10 and monthly payments thereafter until it is paid.
