A “kindergarten kickoff” will be held at 6:30 p.m. at the elementary school in Humphreys to introduce the students to the kindergarten atmosphere.

A kindergarten camp is scheduled May 22-25 and May 29-June 1 from 8 a.m. to noon. Students will be picked up in the morning by a bus and parents are asked to call the school for the appropriate pickup time. Someone will need to pick up the child at noon at the east door of the elementary school. Students will need to bring a sack lunch and milk will be available for 25 cents.
The third event will be a “Teddy Bear Pickup” on Wednesday, May 30 from 11 a.m. to noon at the school. Parents are requested to attend as well. Children are asked to bring a teddy bear, blanket and sack lunch for both the child and parent, who will also participate in the event.
