Items on the announced agenda include an ordinance granting a conditional use permit to the Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ in Care of Judy Crow for use and benefit of an insurance agency/financial service business to operate a business on property zoned R-2 at 2314 Oklahoma Ave; an appointment to the Building and Nuisance Board; and discussion of four requested street closings, including Chestnut Street, between 13th and 14th streets, requested by North Central Missouri College; Haliburton Street, between East Ninth and Monroe streets, requested by St. Philip’s Episcopal Church; Fifth Street, between Maupin Street and Harris Avenue, requested by Lindell Willey; and 10th Street, between Main and Chestnut streets, requested by the Master Gardeners.
