Judge Steven D. Hudson
Brandon J. Bouzek, 16, 763 S.W. Highway 190, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of driving a vehicle with defective equipment (the original charge was speeding) and was fined $200 and $56.50 costs.
Robert E. Graham, 37, Princeton, pleaded guilty, pursuant to a plea agreement, to driving while intoxicated. Imposition of his sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation for two years, with the condition that he pay $114.50 costs, $10 to the Crime Victim’s Compensation Fund, $74 recoupment of funds and completed 25 hours of community service within 90 days and pay $300 special prosecutor fees. He also pleaded guilty to failing to register a motor vehicle with the Director of Revenue and was fined $27.50 and $56.50 costs. A charge of purchasing a motor vehicle without transferring the certificate of ownership dismissed.

Brady J. West, 20, 702 E. Seventh St., had his probation revoked on an original charge of driving while intoxicated.
Melissa A. Bye, 25, 1422 1/2 Chestnut St., pleaded guilty to possession or control of drug paraphernalia and was fined $300 and $32.50 costs.
James E. Harding, 20, 403 W. 15th St., pleaded guilty to assault and was fined $100 and $32.50 costs.
Ashley Kincaid, 23, 1609 Bolser St., changed her plea to guilty on a charge of property damage and was fined $50 and $32.50 costs.
Justin May, 25, was found guilty of stealing and was fined $100, $32.50 costs and was ordered to pay $32.50 restitution.
Michael E. Aborn, 44, Savannah, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of failing to display a valid operator’s license (the original charge was driving while his license was suspended) and was fined $250 and $32.50 costs.
Jessica L. Solorio, 19, Cainsville, pleaded guilty to being a minor in possession of intoxicating liquor by consumption and was fined $300 and $32.50 costs.
Whitney R. Jones, 20, 1755 Lake Trenton Dr., changed her plea to guilty on a charge of being a minor in possession of intoxicating liquor and was fined $300 and $32.50 costs.
Duane E. Harding, 44, 403 W. 15th St., pleaded guilty to to assault and was fined $100 and $32.50 costs.
Danny D. Owen, 18, 812 Haliburton St., pleaded guilty to being a minor in possession of intoxicating liquor by consumption and was fined $300 and $32.50 costs. He also pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana and was fined $300 and $32.50 costs.
Kevin Wyatt, 23, 1701 E. Seventh St., was found guilty of trespassing and had sentencing set for May 1.
Tommy D. Harding, 28, 501 E. 19th St., pleaded guilty to having a disabled vehicle on property and was fined $100 and $32.50 costs.
Michael F. Keil, 20, Appleton City, pleaded guilty to being a minor in possession of intoxicating liquor and was fined $300 and $32.50 costs.
Curtis S. Wheelbarger, 27, 506 W. Crowder Rd., pleaded guilty to an amended charge of speeding less than five miles over the speed limit (the original charge was speeding 39 miles per hour in a 25 zone) and was fined $275 and $32.50 costs.
Amy L. McDaniel, 33, 1703 E. Fifth St., pleaded guilty to following another vehicle too closely and was fined $25.50 and $32.50 costs.
Daniel Stith, 21, 325 S. Main St., pleaded guilty to an amended charge of speeding not more than five miles per hour over the speed limit (the original charge was driving 59 miles per hour in a 45 zone) and was fined $275 and $32.50 costs.
Patrick M. Graves, 20, 127 N.E. 70th Ave., pleaded guilty to careless and imprudent driving by excessive acceleration and was fined $25.50 and $32.50 costs.
Rachel L. Waldrep, 16, Gilman City, pleaded guilty to careless and imprudent driving by failing to maintain control of a vehicle and striking a fixed object and was fined $25.50 and $32.50 costs.
Jesse S. Fletchall, 32, 1108 Rural St., pleaded guilty to having two disabled vehicles on property and was fined $100 and $32.50 costs.
Ryan E. Vencill, 17, 327 S. Main St., pleaded guilty to failing to display valid vehicle license plates and was fined $50.50 and $32.50 costs.
