Joshua Storm Kinnison, 16, Princeton, and Jeremy D. Shuler, 18, 2919 Mable St., had charges of operating a motor vehicle on the highway without insurance dismissed.
Svetkaba B. Zvereva, 31, Rogersville, pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $42.50 and $56.50 costs.
Jerry L. Tegtmeier, 63, Omaha, NE, pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $32.50 and $56.50 costs.
