Darrell Sallee, a 55-year-old Chillicothe resident, died Wednesday, Jan. 24, 2007 at his home.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 27, 2007 at the Calvary Baptist Church in Chillicothe. A family visitation will be held from 6 to 8 o’clock tonight (Friday, Jan. 26, 2007) at the Lindley Funeral Home in Chillicothe, where general visitation is under way. Burial will be in the Edgewood Cemetery at Chil-licothe.
Mr. Sallee was born in Brookfield, the son of Orris O. and Kathryne Marie Sensenich Sallee.
He was married on June 12, 1983 to Jan Rene Inman at Chillicothe. She survives of the home.
Mr. Sallee was the treasurer of the Missouri Montadale Sheep Association and served as the Livingston County Fair Board Sheep Director. He loved raising and showing sheep with his family, and farming. He loved being outdoors, camping and restoring vehicles and machinery. He also enjoyed attending his daughter Abby’s softball games and daughter Emily’s dance performances, where he performed in the father/daughter dances.
In addition to his wife, Mr. Sallee is survived by two daughters, Abby Rene Sallee and Emily Rachelle Sallee of Chillicothe; a sister, Linda Guilford and her husband, Lloyd of Meadville; a brother, Gary Sallee of Grand Junction, CO; his mother-in-law, Mary Sue Inman of Chillicothe; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Janice Milligan; and his father-in-law, Dale Inman.
