The Grundy County Industrial Development Authority held its annual meeting Monday night, proposing officers for the 2007 year.

Names of the officers will be forwarded to the Grundy County Commission by proposed president Chris Hoffman. The county commission is responsible for approving the list of officers. In addition, the annual filing with the secretary of state’s office will be taken care of by Hoffman and the county commission, with Bruce Constant doing the actual filing.
Proposed officers are Hoffman, president; Tom Witten, vice president; Constant, secretary; Rick Klinginsmith, treasurer; and Terri Henderson, recording secretary.
