WMH Foundation Dinner Planned

The Wright Memorial Hospital Foundation will host its third annual dinner on Saturday, Jan. 27 at the Grundy County Senior Center.

The event is a fund-raiser for the foundation, which hopes to raise $20,000. Dr. James O’Keefe, cardiologist and author of “The Forever Young Diet and Lifestyle,” will be the guest speaker. A social hour will be from 5 to 6 p.m. at the Farmers Bank of Northern Missouri, with dinner from 6 to 7 p.m. at the senior center. Dr. O’Keefe is scheduled to speak around 7:15 p.m.
Table sponsorships are being offered to persons wanting to attend and will include not only the meal, but gifts for each member of the party at the table. A “Healthy Heart” sponsorship is $700 and includes reserved seating for eight guests; a “Healthy Living” sponsorship is $350 and include reserved seating for four guests; and a “Healthy Eating” sponsorship is $175 and includes reserved seating for two guests.
