Pleading guilty to not wearing a seat belt and fined $10 were Mitchell D. Knapp, 17, 62 N.W. 52nd Ave., and Kevin D. Sullivan, 18, 506 Grundy St.
Luke P. Davis, 25, Kansas City, pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $32.50 and $56.50 costs.
Samir Ibrahainduic, 23, Kansas City, KS, pleaded guilty to failing to register a non-resident commercial motor vehicle and was fined $77.50 and $56.50 costs.
Seth M. Cox, 22, 905 Lake Manor Dr., pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $92.50 and $56.50 costs.
Clinton Howe, 910 Iowa Blvd., had charges of trespassing and property damage dismissed with a deferred prosecution agreement.
Having charges of passing bad checks dismissed were James W. Dannatt, 1011 Chestnut St., and Larry Williams, Spickard.
Associate Civil
Freedom Motors LLC vs. Scott Robinson. A default judgment was entered in favor of the plaintiff in the amount of $1,052.86. The case involved a suit on account.
