Judge Steven D. Hudson
Pleading guilty to not wearing a seat belt and fined $10 were James D. Berry, 20, Jamesport; and Angela S. Thomas, 32, Princeton.
Pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $22.50 and $56.50 costs were Ronald C. Mathern, 44, 1024 Sunny Pt.; Lawrence D. Myres, 67, Oak Grove; Joseph C. Smith, 25, Laredo; and Stanley E. Landon, 60, Columbia.
James S. Dannatt, 16, 2730 Mariner Rd., pleaded guilty to failing to drive on the right half of the roadway, causing the threat of an accident, and was fined $27.50 and $56.50 costs.
Having charges of passing bad checks dismissed were Donnie Branstetter, 1601 Lulu St.; June A. Jennings, 1002 W. 14th St.; and Johnna Slaughter, 130 E. Ninth St.
Dustin G. Wilson, 20, Brimson, pleaded guilty to failing to check a deer and was fined $20.50 and $79.50 costs.
Nathan L. Smith, Jr., 24, 2510 N. Main St., had six counts of non-support dismissed.
Matthew Hostetler, 20, Gallatin, pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $57.50 and $56.50 costs.
Associate Civil
Cincinnati Insurance vs. Quality General Contracting, Inc. The plaintiff filed a motion to amend the petition on a suit on account by interlineation, substituting the named plaintiff to be Nationwide Mutual Insurance for Cincinnati Insurance Company. The motion was granted by the court and the plaintiff filed a motion to dismiss the matter at the plaintiff’s cost.
Discover Bank vs. Randy J. Horton. The court entered a consent judgment in favor of the plaintiff in the amount of $3,466.73, with execution of the judgment stayed as long as monthly payments are made. The case involved a suit on account.
Credigy Receivables vs. June Anderson. A default judgment was entered in favor of the plaintiff in the amount of $10,636.91.
Saint Luke’s Hospital of Trenton d/b/a Wright Memorial Hospital vs. Lynna S. and Byron Cagle. The case, which involved a suit on account, was dismissed.
Municipal Division
Judge Steven D. Hudson
The following cases were heard by Judge Thomas O. Pickett in the absence of Judge Steven D. Hudson:
Daniel Ellis, 31, 1004 Rural St., pleaded guilty to owning, keeping or harboring dangerous dogs and had imposition of his sentence suspended. He was placed on probation for one month and was ordered to pay $32.50 costs.
Edith Self, 26, Gladstone, pleaded guilty to failing to display valid vehicle license plates and was fined $50.50 and $32.50 costs.
Clifford L. Roberts, 21, 2410 Chicago St., pleaded guilty to failing to stop for a stop sign and was fined $10.50 and $32.50 costs. He also pleaded guilty to resisting arrest by fleeing and was fined $150 and $32.50 costs. He also pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated and had imposition of his sentence suspended. He was placed on probation for two years and was ordered to pay $300 to the city of Trenton, pay $32.50 costs and $80 recoupment of funds to the Trenton Police Department.
Ryan E. Vencill, 17, 327 S. Main St., pleaded guilty to careless and imprudent driving by striking a fixed object and was fined $125.50 and $32.50 costs.
Tony E. Powers, 19, 1915 Baltimore St., pleaded guilty to being a minor in possession of intoxicating liquor by consumption and was fined $300 and $32.50 costs. He also pleaded guilty to resisting arrest by fleeing and was fined $150 and $32.50 costs.
Joanna K. Dannatt, 27, 1011 Custer St., pleaded guilty to two amended charges of having no operator’s license and was fined $250 and $32.50 costs on one charge and $300 and $32.50 costs on the second charges. Both original charges were driving while suspended.
