Gregory T. Butler, 37, Lillington, N.C., pleaded guilty to failing to drive on the right half of the roadway and was fined $27.50 and $56.50 costs.
Shawn E. Ferguson, 18, 412 N. 13th St., pleaded guilty to failing to register a motor vehicle and was fined $27.50 and $56.50 costs. He also pleaded guilty to failing to drive on the right half of the roadway, resulting in an accident, and not wearing a seat belt and was fined $27.50, $10 and $56.50 costs. Ferguson also pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle without maintaining financial responsibility and was fined $27.50 and $56.50 costs.
Elysia N. Goodman, Wheeling, pleaded guilty to passing bad checks and was fined $100 and $104.50 and $10 to the Crime Victim’s Compensation Fund. She is also to pay $205.18 restitution to the prosecutor’s office.
Dominic T. Green, 35, 409 W. 11th St., pleaded guilty, pursuant to a plea agreement, to passing bad checks and was fined $100, $104.50 and $10 to the CVCF. He is also to pay $152.95 restitution to the prosecutor’s office.
