Harold D. Cunningham, a 90-year-old resident of Yucaipa, CA, died on Wednesday, Nov. 29, 2006 at his home.
Funeral services were held at noon on Monday, Dec. 4, 2006 at the Emerson Bartlett Memorial Chapel in Yucaipa. Burial was in the Hillside Memorial Park in Redlands, CA.
Mr. Cunningham was born on Jan. 10, 1916 in Mercer County, the son of Alan and Dessie Cunningham. He was a backhoe operator for 23 years. He was a member of the Half Rock Baptist Church in Missouri. He enjoyed working, playing pinochle, bowling and took great pride in his lawn and tomato plants.
He is survived by his wife, Gladys Cunningham of Yucaipa; a son, Bill Cunningham of Springfield; three daughters, Jean Cunningham of Yucaipa, Carol Adams and her husband, Dennis, of Yucaipa, and Kathy Eddings and her husband, Gary, of Brigham City, UT; two sisters, Faye Collins of Princeton and Colleen Hobbs of Independence; eight grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
