Judge Steven D. Hudson
Delilah M. Mittlestadt, 75, Spickard, pleaded guilty to failing to yield to a vehicle approaching from the opposite direction when turning left off the highway and was fined $17.50 and $56.50 costs.
Clinton Frazier, 36, 2016 Princeton Rd., pleaded guilty to third degree domestic assault and was fined $100, $104.50 costs and $10 to the Crime Victim’s Compensation Fund.
Daniel Buckman, Gilman City, had a charge of passing bad checks dismissed.
