Commissioners held a public hearing concerning a grant application to the USDA for the Children’s Advocacy Center. The grant, which would be for $10,000 and require a 30 percent match, would be used to purchase digital recording equipment. The commission also tabled two snow removal bids until more information could be obtained from the bidders. The commission also held a meeting with Third Circuit Judge-Elect Jack Peace and were expected to meet with representatives of Trickel Construction this afternoon concerning the law enforcement center.
