Pleading guilty to speeding and fined $32.50 and $56.50 costs were Justin L. Skipper, 20, Chillicothe; Marcia A. Gutshall, 46, 358 NE Highway Y; and Hannah L. Bowerman, 18, Linneus.
Pleading guilty to not wearing a seat belt and fined $10 were Steven Clark, 29, 71112 Fawnwood Dr., and Adam D. Reeter, 21, Laredo.
Sandra A. Bruner, 22, Prairie Home, pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $22.50 and $56.50 costs.
Gwendolyn P. Mitchell, 37, Green Top, pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $22.50 and $56.50 costs. She also pleaded guilty to failing to provide proof of financial responsibility and was fined $27.50 and $56.50 costs.
Pete Siglar, 53, Jamesport, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle in a careless and imprudent manner involving an accident by traveling off the roadway and striking a guardrail and was fined $37.50 and $56.50 costs.
Gordon K. Leach, 38, 4211 E. 28th St., pleaded guilty to not securing a child between the ages of four and 16 in a seat belt and was fined $10. Two counts of not maintaining financial responsibility for a vehicle were dismissed.
Courtney M. Eaton, 23, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle in a careless and imprudent manner by driving off the roadway and colliding with a fixed object and was sentenced to serve 48 hours in the Grundy County Jail. He is to pay $1,429.36 restitution through the prosecutor’s office and $56 costs. He also pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle on the highway while his driver’s license was revoked. He is to serve 48 hours in the Grundy County Jail, with the jail time to run concurrently. He is to pay $104.50 costs and $10 to the Crime Victim’s Compensation Fund. A charge of failing to display plates on a motor vehicle was dismissed.
Robert Newton, 38, 1402 E. Ninth St., was found not guilty of third degree domestic assault.
Marvin G. Fielder, 41, 1002 W. Crowder Rd., pleaded guilty to third degree assault and was fined $200, $104.50 costs and $10 to the CVCF.
Marie Ann Lawrence, 29, Braymer, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle on the highway while her license was suspended and not wearing a seat belt. She was sentenced to serve four days in the Grundy County Jail, pay $104.50 costs and $10 to the CVCF.
Thomas G. Bowe, 43, had imposition of his sentence suspended and was placed on two years unsupervised probation on a charge of non-support, to which he had pleaded guilty. He is to pay current child support, maintain a current voluntary wage assignment and pay $104.50 costs and $10 to the CVCF.
Eli Colon, 21, Milan, pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $57.50 and $56.50 costs. He also pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle while in an intoxicated condition and was fined $300, $104.50 costs, $10 to the CVCF and $88 recoupment of funds.
Lora D. Hynson, 38, 1206 Lake Trenton Dr., pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated and was fined $300 and $104.50 costs and $10 to the CVCF, plus $74 recoupment of funds.
Jacob L. Dickerson, 26, Kansas City, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of failing to drive on the right half of the roadway when the roadway was of sufficient width and was fined $200 and $56.50 costs. The original charge was operating a motor vehicle in a careless and imprudent manner, involving an accident, by driving off the roadway and striking an object. A charge of not maintaining financial responsibility for a vehicle was dismissed. He pleaded guilty to leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident and driving while intoxicated. Pursuant to plea agreement, imposition of his sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation for two years. He is to pay $104.50 costs, $10 to the CVCF, $110 recoupment of funds and complete the SATOP and Drive to Survive programs. He is also to pay $150 on each count.
Darold E. Barker, 50, Indepen-dence, had two counts of non-support dismissed.
