The Grundy County Nursing Home Board of Directors met Monday at the Sunnyview Nursing Home and Apartments conference room.

The board heard an audit report from Lockridge, Constant and Conrad, which showed a “clean” audit. A substance abuse policy was passed out for members to review, but no action was taken. Discussion was held on the RCF licensure, which members agreed will remain the same at Sunnyview rather than changing to assisted living, which a new law would allow the facility to do.
A closed session for legal and personnel matters was also held with no announcement made. The next board meeting will be on Thursday, Nov. 30.
