Joy L. Reim, 28, Galt, pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $22.50 and $56.50 costs.
Clarence Hochard III, 52, Kansas City, pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $42.50 and $56.50 costs. He also pleaded guilty to failing to display valid vehicle license plates and was fined $27.50 and $56.50 costs.
Lacey N. Shilt, 21, Chillicothe, pleaded guilty to speeding and not wearing a seat belt and was fined $22.50, $10 and $56.50 costs.
Selena Craig, Kansas City, had a charge of forgery dismissed.

Saint Luke’s Hospital vs. James C. and Jennifer A. Walker. The court ruled in favor of the plaintiff in the amount of $402.88, plus $88.41 pre-judgment interest and interest to continue at 9 percent. The case involved a suit on account.
