Hearing Set For Trenton Proposal

A housing project planned in Trenton is among 25 proposals that will be heard during a public hearing at 6 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 13 in the Marriott Country Club Plaza in Kansas City.

MBL Development of Lee’s Summit is requesting tax credits through the Missouri Housing Development Commission to build 20 two-bedroom units at 1700 E. 30th St., which will be called Trenton Village Apartments II. The apartments would be for the elderly and would be located next to the current Trenton Village Apartments, which was also construct by MBL Development.
The public can attend the hearing to make comments about the project or they can also send in comments through e-mail at [email protected] as long as they include their full name, address and telephone number.
