Kathryn A. Hall, 58, Browning, had a charge of failing to provide proof of insurance dismissed.
Pleading guilty to speeding and fined $32.50 and $56.50 costs were Tiffany R. LaSalle, 19, 1509 Carnes St.; and Reece T. Shiner, 34, Des Moines, IA.
Jeremy D. Mathes, 32, 312 DeBolt St., was sentenced to serve 10 days in the Livingston County Jail on a charge of failing to signal when turning left, to which he had pleaded guilty. Costs were waived. He had a charge of failing to comply with a court order requiring use of an ignition interlocking devised dismissed.
Canda Ramsbottom, 21, 408 W. Seventh St., pleaded guilty to failing to register a motor vehicle annually with the Director of Revenue and was fined $27.50 and $56.50 costs.
Mari K. Trimble-Kessinger, 29, Gallatin, pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $150.50 and $56.50 costs.
Joshua W. Carpenter, 28, Laredo, pleaded guilty to failing to drive on the right half of the roadway when the roadway was of sufficient width, causing an accident, and was fined $27.50 and $56.50 costs.
Justin Salina, 24, Spickard, pleaded guilty to not wearing a seat belt and was fined $10. A charge of speeding was dismissed. He also pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle while his driver’s license was revoked and possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana or less. He was sentenced to serve 48 hours in the Grundy County Jail on each charge, with the jail time to run consecutively. He is also to pay $104.50 costs and $10 to the Crime Victims Compen-sation Fund. A charge of unlawful use of drug paraphernalia was dismissed.
Keila D. Hemsworth, 25, Kansas City, pleaded guilty to a charge of not maintaining financial responsibility for a vehicle and was fined $27.50 and $52.50 costs. She also pleaded guilty to an amended charge of having no valid operator’s license (the original charge was operating a motor vehicle on the highway while her license was suspended) and was fined $250.50, $104.50 costs and $10 to the CVCF.
Randy G. Morris, 39, 1901 Savage St., pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated and possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana. He was fined $300 on each charge and is to pay $104.50 costs, $10 to the CVCF and $90 recoupment of funds.
Justin Lee, 505 Main St., admitted violating the terms of his probation and had it continued for one additional year, with the conditions that he serve 10 days shock incarceration, pay restitution and have no more violations. He was given credit for time served. His original charge was passing bad checks.
Raymond McDonald, 25, St. Joseph, pleaded guilty to passing bad checks and was fined $148.41, plus $104.50 costs, $10 to the CVCF and $237.19 restitution. A charge of passing bad checks was also dismissed.
Cole Swan, 21, Princeton, waived his preliminary hearing and had his cases bound over to Division I on charges of possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams of marijuana and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia. Trial-setting was scheduled for Nov. 9.
