Judge Steven D. Hudson
Pleading guilty to speeding and fined $22.50 and $56.50 costs were Amy M. Kelchen, 24, Mooresville; and Cameron W. Wilson, 20, Princeton.
Pleading guilty to not wearing a seat belt and fined $10 were Robert G. Shuler, 37, 572 S.W. 25th St.; Courtney V. Lantis, 20, Marceline; and Laura M. Lisby, 27, Gallatin.
Marjorie N. Croxton, 40, Carlisle, AR, pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $32.50 and $56.50 costs.
Brooke N. Marriott, 21, 409 E. 10th Ct., had her request for release on her own recognizance denied. She waived her preliminary hearing and had her case bound over to Division I on a charge of first degree endangering the welfare of a child. Trial-setting was scheduled for Nov. 9.
Joshua D. Phillips, 26, 1600 Mable St., had his request for a bond reduction to $5,000 cash of corporate surety denied, but the court agreed to reduce it to $15,000 cash or corporate surety with special conditions. He waived his preliminary hearing and his case bound over to Division I on a charge of statutory rape. Trial-setting was scheduled for Nov. 9.

Judge Steven D. Hudson
James C. Clark, 41, Springfield, pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $20.50 and $32.50 costs.
