Russell Bowe, 67, of 1026 Custer, pleaded guilty to failure to stop at a stop sign and was fined $17.50 and $56.50 costs.
Zoann Jackson, 50, Meadville, pleaded guilty to exceeding the speed limit and was fined $22.50 and $56.50 costs.
Charles Johnson, 68, Las Vegas, NV, pleaded guilty to exceeding the speed limit and was fined $42.50 and $56.50 costs.
Municipal Division

Tony Arbuckle, 48, of 1314 W. Crowder Road, was found guilty of assault. He was told his sentence would be a $100 fine and $32.50 costs. He was given 30 days to appeal with an appeal filing fee of $30. Sentencing was set for Nov. 21.
Martin Pelizzari, 50, of 209 E. Eighth Court, was found guilty to property damage and was fined $100, $32.50 costs and was to make $492.20 in restitution to the victim.
Dustin Pesina, 22, of 502 W. Crowder Road, pleaded guilty to DWI and was fined $300, $32.50 costs and $90 recoupment to the police department. He also pleaded guilty to failure to drive in a single lane and was fined $15.50 and $32.50 costs. He was given until Nov. 21 to pay.
Aaron Waldrep, 18, of 400 Washington St., was found guilty of assault. He was told his sentence would be a $100 fine and $32.50 costs. He was given 30 days to appeal and the appeal filing fee was set at $30. Sentencing was set for Nov. 21.
Tommy Joe Graham, 46, of 910 Olive St., pleaded guilty to failure to drive on the right half of the road. He was fined $25.50 and $32.50 costs. He was given until Dec. 19 to pay.
Arianne Rosenstangle, 24, of 602 E. 21st St., pleaded guilty to possession of an open container and was fined $50.50 and $32.50 costs. She pleaded guilty to driving while suspended and was sentenced to two days in jail, ordered to pay $30 per day for room and board and pay $32.50 costs. She pleaded guilty to an amended charge of having no valid operator’s license (original charge was driving while suspended-points) and was fined $200 and $32.50 costs. She was given until April 3, 2007 to pay all costs on those charges. She pleaded guilty to DWI and was placed on probation for two years with conditions. She was also ordered to make a $300 donation to the city, pay $32.50 costs and $90 recoupment to the police department.
Kimberly Jacobs, 38, of 1600 Pleasant Plain, pleaded guilty to DWI. She was fined $300, $32.50 costs and $90 recoupment to the police departments. She was given until April 3, 2007 to pay.
Duane Shiner, 18, of 1105 Main St., pleaded guilty to being a minor in possession of intoxicating liquor by consumption and was fined $300 and $32.50 costs. He also pleaded guilty to stealing and was fined $100 and $32.50 costs and was ordered to make restitution to Kum & Go. He was given until April 17, 2007 to pay all costs.
Tammy Tucker, 36, of 124 E. Sixth St., pleaded guilty to permitting a dog to run at large. She was fined $25.50 and $32.50 costs.
