Judge Andrew Krohn
Wendell Bobert, 22, Chillicothe, had the stay of execution of his sentence set aside and the sentence of four years in the Department of Corrections was imposed on a charge of second degree burglary. The court retained jurisdiction for 120 days and the court requested that he be placed in an institutional treatment program. He was given credit for time served.

Judge Steven D. Hudson
Lawrence T. Newton, 28, 2009 Hunter Rd., pleaded guilty to not wearing a seat belt and was fined $10.
Municipal Division
Judge Steven D. Hudson
Valerie J. Harris, 30, 3108 E. 10th St., pleaded guilty to failing to display valid vehicle license plates and was fined $50.50 and $32.50 costs.
