Judge Steven D. Hudson
Pleading guilty to not wearing a seat belt and fined $10 were Jo E. Boyle, 21, 678 S.W. Fir Ln., and Stacy A. Wilson, 19, Jamesport.
Michael D. Wiggins, 42, 57 N.W. Walnut St., pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $22.50 and $56.50 costs.
Travis Lockvear, 36, Pella, IA, pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $27.50 and $56.50 costs.
Michael E. Luman, 41, Novinger, had a charge of non-support dismissed.
Brandon Norton vs. Director of Revenue. The court found in favor of the plaintiff on a petition to review to rescind and remove the chemical refusal revocation and to reinstate the petitioner’s driving privileges.
