George A. Stockdall, 48, Centralia, pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $22.50 and $56.50 costs.
Angela M. Kelly, 1210 Lord St., and Russell J. Burkett, 620 N.E. 60th Ave., both had two counts of passing bad checks dismissed.
