Mamie L. Hayes, 26, 211 N.E. 50th St., pleaded guilty to failing to display valid vehicle license plates and was fined $27.50 and $56.50 costs. She also pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle on the highway without a valid license and was fined $37.50 and $56.50 costs.
Brianne Griffin, 23, 803 W. 12th St., pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle with vision-reducing material not in compliance with requirements and not wearing a seat belt and was fined $12.50, $10 and $56.50 costs.
Martha D. Sager, 25, Lee’s Summit, pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $32.50 and $56.50 costs.
