Division I
Judge Andrew Krohn
Randy W. Carlisle, 21, Mt. Moriah, had his case moved to Grundy County on a charge of first degree statutory sodomy and had a jury trial set for Dec. 7. The case originated in Mercer County.
Division II
Judge Steven D. Hudson
Tyler V. McKibben, 20, 608 Linn St., pleaded guilty to not wearing a seat belt and was fined $10.
Timothy V. Foster, 34, Galt, pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $32.50 and $56.50 costs.
Kyle C. Wiebers, 18, Versailles, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of driving a vehicle with defective brakes and was fined $250.50 and $56.50 costs. The original charge was speeding.
James L. Coin, 620 N.W. Highway A, pleaded guilty to making a false report and was sentenced to serve two days in the Grundy County Jail, with the sentence to run concurrently with a municipal sentence. He also pleaded guilty to littering and was fined $200. He is to pay $104.50 costs and $10 to the Crime Victim’s Compensation Fund. A charge of second degree property damage was dismissed.
Mary E. Rebello, 513 Linn St., had three counts of passing bad checks dismissed.

Judge Steven D. Hudson
Cindy L. Harkins, 35, 516 W. 13th St., pleaded guilty to permitting a dog to run at large and was fined $5.50 and $32.50 costs.
