Judge Andrew Krohn
Ryan Vencill, 17, 1206 Lake Trenton Drive, pleaded guilty to property damage in the first degree. Sentencing was set for Nov. 9. Two counts of second degree burglary were dismissed.
Melissa Bye of 1309 E. Ninth St. received a suspended imposition of sentence and received five years probation on a charge of passing bad checks.
Jerald Dahlberg, 40, St. Joseph, was sentenced to four years in the Department of Corrections on a charge of DWI-persistent offender. Execution of the sentence was stayed and he was placed on five years probation with 10 days shock time in the Grundy County Jail.
Patrick Dean McGee of 117 Maupin was placed on probation for five years on a charge of first degree property damage. He was fined $100 and costs on a charge of second degree property damage.
Jeffrey Peterie, 22, 802 E. 24th St., pleaded not guilt to a charge of abuse of a child resulting in death. His case was set for Oct. 12.
Matthew Shuler, 17, 709 W. 12th St., pleaded guilty to an amended charge of two counts of use of a child in a sexual performance. Sentencing was set for Nov. 9.
Samuel Blackburn, 40, Cowgill, pleaded guilty to theft/stealing and was sentenced to five years probation, which is to run concurrently with a charge in Caldwell County.
April McDonald, 25, Harris, pleaded guilty to two counts of passing bad checks – non-existent account. Sentencing was set for Nov. 9. Two other counts were dismissed.
Kenneth Clem, 19, Humphreys, had his probation revoked and was sentenced to the Department of Corrections for three years on a charge of possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana.
Thomas Johnson, 32, Spickard, was placed On five years probation on a charge of first degree tampering with a motor vehicle after imposition of sentencing was suspended.
Nolan Kenneth Hamilton, 17, Bethany, had his sentences suspended and was placed on five years probation on a charge of second degree burglary.
Eric Lovett, 26, 2300 Webster St., was sentenced to four years in the Department of Corrections on a charge of DWI – persistent offender. Execution of sentence was suspended and he was placed on five years probation.
Scott Riddle, 31, 101 E. 21st St., was sentenced to five years in the Department of Corrections on a charge of passing bad checks. Execution of the sentence was suspended and he was given five years probation.
James Damron Sr., 49, Polo, received a suspended imposition of sentence on a charge of theft/stealing of any credit card or letter of credit and was given five years probation.
A petition for specific performance to enforce a contract filed by Frederick Dustman and others against L.O. Van Dyke Jr. and others was dismissed without prejudiced and costs were assessed to the plaintiff.

Judge Steven D. Hudson
Having charge of passing checks dismissed were Christina Lepkosky of 1604 Chestnut St. and Angela Weber of Princeton.
Daniel Wilson, 25, Gallatin, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of defective equipment and was fined $250.50 and $56.50 costs.
Jaimie Searcy, 28, Chillicothe, pleaded guilty to being an owner failing to register a vehicle annual with the Department of Revenue. She was fined $27.50 and $56.50 costs.
