Mary Rose Terry, a 62-year-old resident of Gilman City, died on Tuesday, Sept. 12, 2006 at a health care facility in Cameron.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 17, 2006 at the Roberson Funeral Home in Bethany. Burial will be in the Mitchell Cemetery at Melbourne.
A visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 16, 2006 at the funeral home, where general visitation begins after 2 p.m. on Saturday.
Mrs. Terry was born on Sept. 10, 1944 in Earl, AR, the daughter of Howard Earl and Lula Edith Eaton Carpenter, She was married at Mt. Moriah on June 15, 1969 to Donald “Bud” Terry, who survives of the home.
She is also survived by two daughters, Shelia Terry and her companion, Anthony Day, and Crystal (Jody) Graham and her husband, Donald; five grandchildren, Stephanie, Donna and Joshua Graham, Joe Edward and Sheleena Rose Terry-Day; two brothers, Earl Carpenter and Durl Carpenter; five sisters, Millie Spore, Ruth Matney, Melba Cantrell, Vickie Stevenson and Edith Ishmell; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother and two sisters.
Memorials are suggested to the Mitchell Cemetery. They may be left at or mailed to the Roberson Funeral Home at PO Box 46, Bethany, MO 64424.
