County Clerk Kristi Urich said the commission reached an agreement with TCI, agreeing to pay the company just over $7,000 for work completed. However, the commission held back enough funds to ensure that the courthouse lawn is repaired.
The commission has also set 10 a.m., Friday, Sept. 8 as the date to open bids for the construction management position for the new law enforcement center. Architect Ken West is expected to be at the bid opening.
